- Request for Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the service delivery date. Refund requests made beyond this period may not be considered.
- Eligibility: Refunds are not applicable for services rendered satisfactorily according to the agreed-upon terms or for services that have already been utilized or partially utilized.
- Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, it may take 7 working days for the refund amount to be processed and credited back using the original payment method.
